A comforting meal has always been a bond of love that someone shares with their family and community, so this Eid, I decided to share a tale about my neighbour, Sofia. She has a way of bringing people together - no matter their background or walk of life… she uses her rarest charm yet, her century old spices.
Sofia’s eccentricities take us through bustling spice markets and family gatherings, with every moment representing unity and traditions. Through The Spice dUCk, I see how every spice, like every person, plays a role in creating something greater—a perfect recipe, a diverse tapestry, a close-knit family. Her combined stories are written as recipes of The Spice Diaries, celebrating the magic of spices and values that bind generations and create harmony.

- Avoid direct contact with perfume, body lotion, hair spray or other substances that might cause damage
